Memers Extract The Horny Soundbites From Sakurai's Pyra / Mythra Presentation

Masahiro Sakurai gave his traditional fighter presentation for new Smash Ultimate fighters Pyra and Mythra today. As the duo from Xenoblade Chronicles are very anime and very much waifu material, the internet was bound to pay hyper-close attention to any horny-sounding bits that could be used for memes. Luckily for them, Sakurai delivered.

In the hour-long presentation, Sakurai, with his usual candor, lightheartedly went through the creation process and mechanics of the upcoming fighters. Evidently, this creation process was very meticulous, as Sakurai noted he had to get the finest details down, including "what the bottom of the feet should look like." As one can imagine, this line was quickly a hit with horny on main memers.

Sakurai also said that of the two fighters, he preferred Pyra. He insisted that the choice was "strictly" based on "combat ability," but the smirk with which he delivered the line seemed to indicate that Sakurai was naming his best girl.

Overall, the presentation seemed to be fun for the good boys and girls in the Smash community—even if none of them cared about the actual mechanics of Pyra and Mythra.
