What Is Emmy's Significance Online?

Emmy's silly and wholesome story received a significant number of fans on Twitter and Webtoons, with Cellini's Twitter account reaching over 36,000 followers and over 203,000 followers on Webtoons with a 9.73/10 rating. Most of the humor in the comics came from the Nandroid's machine-like reasoning being confronted with everyday tasks and events.

Emmy and her Nandroid army became an icon as soon as she caught the attention of many 4chan members, who became responsible for a lot of the fan art created online, with some being a bit more explicit than others. The sheer amount of fan art online justified the creation of a dedicated imageboard on Booru.org.

Part of Emmy's popularity was also due to her nature. As a pretty and obedient female-looking entity, she was the ideal waifu for many people, including those with robot fetishes.

The dishes can wait. B-but... We haven't gotten to sit and en joy our show together in ages.
