What Is The 'Get On My Head' Meme?

In mid-September 2024, streamer Ellysa Yagho went live on Twitch. During the stream, she started talking about her acting class while simultaneously trying to get a wig to stay on her head.

Unfortunately, the wig just won't stop slipping down her head, causing Yagho to yell in frustration, "Get on my head!" After yelling, she seemingly snaps and starts singing the same thing while smacking her microphone, causing a lot of noise.

The clip was uploaded to TikTok that month by an Ellysa Yagho clip TikToker, garnering over 35 million views in a month. However, the clip wasn't popularized as an original sound until about a month later in October, when TikTokers started using it in memes where they express the most frustrating aspects of their lives.
