There's this dude named Ben Breedlove that's pretty well recognized on Youtube. He first created the Youtube channel "OurAdvice4You" on YouTube in November 2010. In this channel he gives relationship advice to his viewers and interviews family members and friends. On May 23, 2011, he launched his second channel, "BreedloveTV".

OurAdvice4You has a total of 38 videos, and nearly 60,000 subscribers, and BreedloveTV has 17 videos and almost 20,000 subscribers.

A third channel was created by Breedlove on December 18, 2011, called "TotalRandomness512". This channel has the two-part video, "This is my story", which went viral. The first part has 2,015,538 views. The second part has 1,289,811 views.

Now the reason these went viral is because Ben Breedlove has a heart condition (Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy). He explains in the videos, by writing on note cards, his life and some traumatic event that went on in his life. He says he almost died. But then weeks later after uploading the video, the kid dies of a heart attack at the age of 18.

There are also people that were inspired to do the same thing as Ben, like Youtube user daniellemaestas1, being one example.
