KADiR, formerly known as Kadir Nurman, is the official inventor of the so called Döner-Kebab. When he died in October 2013 German facebook pages were flooded with sad remarks of respect for Kadir and his work that had had so many Germans enjoying turkish food.

8chan.co/22/ is the first Imageboard on the internet to create memes dedicated to KADiR such as Gigakadir or Terrakadir to spread the message of Döner all over the world. Nowadays many Germans and some other non-american chans enjoy the art of posting KADiR, even though his image macros remain widely unknown on 4chan, the mother of all non-japanese image boards.

However especially /22/ created much OC revolving around KADiR and in several attempts to flood other chans with this new meme the users of /22/ overtook several boards on 8chan and even managed to temporarily destroy Ernstchan's /b/ board rendering weissbier, Ernstchan's sysadmin, speecheless.
