Hole_Next_Door, or HoleNextDoor, also known as the Twitter Hole Guy, is a gay Canadian adult content creator known best for posting photos and videos of himself gaping his anus and bottoming on X / Twitter and OnlyFans. Hole began posting content on Twitter / X in February 2022 and gained a substantial following of over 390,000 over the following years. In February 2025, he posted a video of himself pulling down his jeans, gaping his anus and farting. It went viral on X, inspiring memes and discourse on the site, including memes that use an image of him just before pulling down his jeans.

Hole_Next_Door began posting on X^[1] on February 28th, 2022, with his earliest post being a photo of himself taken from behind to show his anus. Over the next three years, Hole garnered over 390,000 followers on the site. He also started uploading to OnlyFans on an unknown date.

February 2025 "Hole Guy" Video / Hole Guy Jeans Meme

In late February 2025, @Hole_Next_Door posted a now-deleted video in which he pulls down a pair of jeans, spreads his anus to the camera, gapes it and farts. The video has been re-uploaded several times, including by X^[2] user @starianagrandx.

The video inspired posts on X that allude to it, with the image of him about to pull his jeans down also inspiring memes. On February 26th, X^[3] user @frecklefruit posted, "that hole guy is so gorgeous i love him," garnering over 24,000 likes in two days.

On the same day, X^[4] user @MonicaJewinsky posted a photo of Hole Next Door in his jeans, about to pull them down, next to a photo of an elderly man in a nearly identical SKIMS outfit, garnering over 5,400 likes in two days.

On February 27th, X^[5] user @legendpoe posted four SFW photos of Hole Next Door, writing, "yall can bully him (and me) all you want I WANT TO DATE HIM HES SO BEAUTIFUL LIKE PLEASE @ TWT USER HOLE NEXT DOOR I WANT YOU," garnering over 2,700 likes in a day.

Later that day, X^[6] user @TATIANNANOW posted, "That man’s butt GASPED for air," garnering over 63,000 likes in a day.
