Surprise Nintendo Direct Mini Discusses 'Bravely Default 2,' 'No More Heroes 3' and 'Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity'
Nintendo, in increasingly Nintendo-like fashion, dropped a surprise Direct Mini this morning that was loaded with announcements about partner developers Nintendo, giving oodles of content for Switch owners who also enjoy games outside of Nintendo's premiere Mario/Zelda/Pokémon pantheon.
The headline out of the Direct Mini is oodles of content now available on Switch. Upcoming games Bravely Default 2 and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity both have demos now available on Switch, while the first two No More Heroes games and last year's sensation Control are now available on the Switch. HAL Laboratories' Part-time UFO is also available today.
A port of Hitman 3 was also announced for the Switch, as were the new Story of Seasons game, Pioneers of Olive Town, Bakugan: Champions of Vestroia, Tropico 6, Immortals Fenyx Rising, Surviving the Aftermath and Griftlands: Nintendo Switch Edition.
The Mini bowled over Nintendo fans who felt spoilt for choice after the content-loaded Direct.
Leave it to Nintendo to drop their biggest and most content packed Direct Mini yet completely unannounced.
