In March 2007, Tim O'Reilly and a group of other prominent figures in the blogosphere drafted a proposal for a Blogger's Code of Conduct following the revelation of misogynistic cyberbullying and trolling against programmer and blogger Kathy Sierra. Now that we're back on the topic of mutual respect and ethics in the wake of #GamerGate, is "civility on the web" something that could be worth revisiting? Discuss.
