This is reflective of how the Bolshevik Party persecuted rural farmers (known as "the Greens") as being hindrances to the revolution, and often killed them, or threw them into gulags in order to usurp their land and produce. Poo Ebina's breasts are also emphasized throughout the show as being her single most identifying feature; a display of blatant sexism Umaru-chan is degenerate neo-Marxist propaganda wrapped-up in a cute moebtob package to fool the masses
