He is "home alone after all, thus in a scenario where Outer Kevin is in effect, Solid snake would be infiltrating a base with a single guard I.E Kevin. Therefore, we can eliminate any boss battles or difficult guard encounters that would otherwise take place. Solid snake is shown to be capable of dodging very fast pitfall traps and that weird...olling pin thing. Therefore, any pitfall traps that Kevin is renowned for using would be considered ineffectual against Solid Snake. He's seen this s--- before. This is an initial encounter with Solid Snake for kevin, therefore I would argue that kevin would be in his normal form, not his hyper super Kevin form from Home alone 2, in which he's gained home alone points from his prior encountered and upgraded his traps. He will therefore be unable to deploy crazy bird woman. The upside of this for kevin is that Solid snake will not be able to count on codec support from Tim Curry. With all of this taken into account I believe Solid snake would be able to overcome Outer Kevin, though likely covered in paint and his infiltration uniform covered in tacks, glass, tinsel and his face camo ruined by severe burns because Snake lit a c-------- in a comedic scene where Kevin had filled the room with propane gas from a leftover canister rigged to start going when a tripwire was triggered.

In all seriousness, Kevin is VERY good at making traps.

In the first movie, he gave himself a single hour of prep time actually planning and placing traps. In the "final battle" against the duo, he uses roughly 15 traps. These include: a few distractions like the tarantula and faked gunfire; trip wires, toy cars, and nails to prevent rapid pursuit; creating layers of ice and tar to hinder attackers; dropping heavy objects such as an iron, paint cans, and bags of concrete powder; the blowtorch ; and The Door Knob.

The door knob gets special mention because it was glowing red. That suggests it was at least 900 degrees F. For context, Christian doctrine describes Hell as having lakes of brimstone, which boils at around 830 degrees. Meaning that not only would grabbing the door knob have resulted in third degree burns severe enough to justify amputation, the knob was literally significantly hotter than Hell.

Given more than an hour of time and some pocket change, Kevin would be a nightmare.
