In all seriousness, Kevin is VERY good at making traps.

In the first movie, he gave himself a single hour of prep time actually planning and placing traps. In the "final battle" against the duo, he uses roughly 15 traps. These include: a few distractions like the tarantula and faked gunfire; trip wires, toy cars, and nails to prevent rapid pursuit; creating layers of ice and tar to hinder attackers; dropping heavy objects such as an iron, paint cans, and bags of concrete powder; the blowtorch ; and The Door Knob.

The door knob gets special mention because it was glowing red. That suggests it was at least 900 degrees F. For context, Christian doctrine describes Hell as having lakes of brimstone, which boils at around 830 degrees. Meaning that not only would grabbing the door knob have resulted in third degree burns severe enough to justify amputation, the knob was literally significantly hotter than Hell.

Given more than an hour of time and some pocket change, Kevin would be a nightmare.
