Please note the importance of how DIO died knowing he’s completely lost to Jotaro while Diego gets to die thinking he’s won against Funny Valentine. Pucci may not have created the perfect world for DIO’s tormented soul, but he certainly made one that’s nicer to the Brandos of the world and less nice to the Joestars of it. (And then Valentine brings a Diego from another dimension, one more closely related to the original in terms of power and personality, who also suffers the original’s fate of dying feeling like a failure.)
All in all, you could say Pucci brought the Brando bloodline
