It's pretty much expected that someone of the cast of good guys will turn evil. While I think that Jaune won't, the original author of the pic has a great headcanon for Salem, let me quote: "My impression of Salem is that she is someone who gets a perverse glee when corrupting the pure and naive. I also won't put it past her to break down and manipulate one of Ozpin's students just to spite him."
