basically, and I em paraphrasing the one who made this:
1. She is a woman scientist and also a minority, which is not a bad thing, but also extremely bland. The creator is therefore under the impression that she is a forced token.

2. The creator is pointing out that making fun of Disney Princesses in this day and age is stupid, because not even Disney does it anymore, and have actually done much better parodies of the subject themselves (as you yourself pointed out)

I will go ahead and admit I'm not entirely certain I get why the Indian scientist lady is on here, all I really heard about her is that frankly she was a rather bland character, not a blatant radfem strawman or anything like that.

Also Wander Over Yonder did the while "the fairy tale princess is actually pretty badass" thing way better too.
