From that day forward, Mako began to be a speaker against drug use in his home country. He then started the Junker Not Junkies antidrug campaign along with longtime friend Jamison "Junkrat" Fawkes. Till this day, Mako has no idea who the person that hacked his addiction away is. But publicly thanks him/her for what they have done.

Hacking apparently makes Roadhog an anti-drug activist who shoots people.
