Sad part is that this is true. Valve must be so scared of HL3's hype, that they'd rather not risk it.

You can't make a bad TF2 update, if you don't update the game at all.

You can't add overpowered, unbalanced, useless, or otherwise bad weapons, if you don't add any new weapons.

Overwatch can't kill TF2 if you killed it first.
