Believe it or not this is true. Spoilers for chapter 51, but recently in chapter 51 she literally reaped the soul of Kyurii's father and "banished" him to the underworld. And easily too. So she seriously does possess the real power of a dullahan. Not that it wasn't already proven true.

And remember she has the ability to teleport, anywhere. Even to the afterlife. And can summon her scythe at will.
