Then again, except for a few elite Soldiers, it seems most mooks are below Raditz/Sainamen Level, no to discredit Roshi, just saying taking down foot soldiers isn't exactly the best test of strength, hell, even Bardok was able to plow trough waves of soldiers from the surface of Planet Vegeta All the way to Freezer's Ship while He was heavily wounded, and that was before His death when apparently the average strenght of its soldiers fell even more and they couldn't handle the revolts on the conquered planets.
Then again Dragon ball Super has really had some problems keeping consistency of feats, add to it the surreal buffs everyone is getting and things can get really crazy in terms of narrative and battle potential

The anime of z and super creates by toei animation is understood because they both have errors.
And it's funny to talk about logic in DB in the buu arc, vegito turned into chocolate and even so it was alive and could fight against super buu (canon.)
