In answer to:
-She is arrogant: almost all the purebreds saiyans are, and although she’s an U6 saiyan, she resembles a lot more an U7 one.
-She became SSJ2 in no time: Now there’s a plethora of arguments of why this happens regarding the power scale, but if we were to see it from the writers’ perspective (which we shouldn’t since that takes away the thrill out of any show), female super saiyans have been waited for a little more than a decade and fans were dying to finally see them, so they were pumped out.
I don’t wanna sound rude or anything, but you’re saying what all those whiners from Youtube comments say. Remember, DBZ and DBS are completely different series, you can’t compare them like you can’t compare original DB with DBZ, DBS is much more fast paced. Besides, did you want an entire arc about Caulifla becoming SSJ rather than finally starting the Tournament of Power?
Last but not least, my comment about best girl was a bit of a joke, not to be taken too seriously (although Caulifla will always be higher than 18 for me, she’s way too rude).

To any of the Dokkan players out there, Caulifla is a gimmick unit, she has a chance to dodge regulars and a smaller chance to counter enemy super attacks, like a mix of STR Janemba and the SSJ4's, but, she don't hit too hard, doesn't get fierce battle when she awakens and only has a supreme modifier on her super, which raises defense by 30%, because she's a defensive unit… I guess? On AGL where you have Vegito and SSJ4 Vegeta, she's essentially irrelevant, but if you don't have one or the other, I guess she works, but lacks consistency of better defenders like Vegito and has a way lower damage out-put.
So she's a gimmick defensive unit in a team that is traditionally built to FTK the enemy, she doesn't hit hard and lacks solid ki links.
Poor girl, everyone thinks she's the best, but I can tell you that she certainly isn't in Dokkan…
