1: She has seen one of the most powerful nations in her world fall to its knees due to a terrorist attack that left possibly thousands dead across the world.
2: She witnessed a man with aura mind you, get eaten whole by a Grimm
3: She has seen her sister get framed for a crime, and then suffer a crippling injury.
4: She saw one of her friends get turned into ash after her best (guy) friend begged her to save her.
5: Came upon a burnt out village with dozens possibly hundreds of dead women men and children and watched as another fully trained and equipped hunter die of blood loss.
6: Was nearly kidnapped.
7: Was told about a secret war that was the cause of why everything bad was happening.
8: Nearly watched her uncle die a slow and agonizing death.
9: Nearly watched her best (guy) friend and uncle get killed by a Grimm that has left thousands dead.
10: Is quite possibly aware that her former headmaster is hitchhiking inside the mind of a eleven to fourteen year old farm boy while Pyrrha, the girl he convinced into taking a role to much for her to handle, remains dead.

So yeah i can see how she could have seen shit. The only other one that should be equally messed up is Jaune.
