According to the description on deviantArt, this is actually a warped version of a legend where people sometimes see the spirit of a young girl searching for her lost doll. This legend is made real and twisted beyond recognizability through an event simply titled the 'skyfall event'. Once the smaller spirit in the picture asks if you have seen her doll and vanishes, run in the opposite direction of where you saw the ghost. Don't even hesitate. Just. F------. RUN.
