If you have a restaurant in your settlement there is a rare chance a ghoul NPC in flaming power armor will spawn nearby, if you interact with him he'll start a minor questline where he tries the food and keeps going on about 'flavortown' (including a full dialogue tree with multiple endings) before promptly leaving and never being seen again. Off to find the wastelands greatest diners, drive-ins, and dives.
