You have about 0.12 g of lead making up your body. You have 4.2 grams of Iron in your body, and 140 grams of sulfur. Both of the latter two are necessary for life.

If you want to discuss how "toxic" metals work, I'm still working on that chemistry degree and would try my best to explain it. Again, having aluminum in a molecule isn't the same as injecting aluminum bars. The average person has 0.06 g of aluminum in their body, and brain developmental damage is much less than 100%.
