I honestly can't tell if you're claiming vaccination can't cause autism or it does.
Autism is a developmental disorder. It's simply the brain not wiring in a typical way and it's something that occurs while you're in the womb. It can't happen after you're born no matter the case.
Think of it this way.
Say you're retarded. Not in the way many think you are, more in the way you have Down's Syndrome. You didn't develop Down's as you grew up. You were born with it.
Sure, there's the possibility that something your mother has consumed that could cause a fetus's brain to develop in an atypical way, and I won't completely disregard the possibility that legitimate drugs could cause autism, even though there's large amounts of research both governmental and independent that find no such correlation. But if you're suggesting something like second hand autism, I'm sorry to inform you that you've gone off the deep end.
