Possibly because they are merely expressing a violent belief non violently, which is allowed under US law under the radical 1st Amendment. If a communist rally says they should kill the rich, the police wouldn't do anything either for the exact same reason.

Also nice use of Strawman. Truly this comic screams a logical argument against da ebil centrists.
