They make you who you are" and damn if that ain't deeply, DEEPLY true, for ALL of us As someone who knows Shane intimately, I can tell you that the shock-style comedy of Shane's past is the least Interesting & least genuine side of him, and to see what he's grown into, from what he used to be, has been truly incredible. For so many, Shane, "Guardians Of The Galaxy" director James Gunn, Kathy Griffin... a GASP A LAUGH. That's the formula. For reference to this style of humor look to the 22 SEASONS of the STILL RUNNING "South Park" where a b--------- joke is considered incredibly timid. That particular story that Shane told was nothing more than an approach to SHOCK style comedy, and nothing more than a tasteless joke. Shane is one of the most thoughtful, kind hearted empathetic guys I know, and the notion of him abusing or hurting another living creature is as implausible as your arms turning into laser- blasting-diamond-cannons (which for the record would be cool as hell..but impossible) so please be forgiving, realize that people change & use your power to cancel & nullify those in this world who are doing truly evil things... not a good man who made bad jokes years ago
