yeah, but that was Gen 1, a game filled with so many bugs, programing oversights and general mistakes.(these get corrected as the series goes on) I mean psychic wasn't weak to ghost, no bug type move was strong enough to really hurt one, an AI will always use a super effective move, even if it is a pointless one.High jump kick's recoil did one damage. Heck there are nearly an infinite amount of soft locks possible.
