Western Animation - "i do and sometimes they haunt me"

I remember Catscratch was from the guy who created Earthworm Jim and one of the cats (the grey one) was voiced by the same guy who voiced Pleakley on Lilo and Stitch. Also one of the brothers had a Scottish accent and I think it was a running gag that people would wonder why he had an accent when he and his brothers weren't actually Scottish.

Dang I miss CatScratch sometimes.
