That one Aqua stage and one stage where you play on Pyra's boobs were removed, but surprisingly enough, that does not happen anymore and most stages like these stay uploaded now, including "playing on girl's boobs" stages. I wonder if they either do not get reported anymore or Nintendo just gave up with how many of them there are. Regardless,

To be fair, the game is rated E10+. It’s completely understandable why they wouldn’t want stages like that.
That being said, Nintendo is surprisingly more lenient on stuff like censorship as opposed to PlayStation/Sony.
