Reminder, and feel free to tell me if I'm wrong, Sheep are fine with their wool being cut. Just don't cut their skin and they won't mind all their wool being cut.

I believe they don't have much to gain with a lot of wool except maybe during cold seasons. So their isn't too much issue cutting them.
