Using her official render as a base.

Generally wanted to capture the feel of her being retired from the role as Champion, so she could wander the world in search of something greater.
Kind of like Red in Gold and Silver.

The general design is primarily inspired by Late-80s / Early-90s character, Carmen Sandiego.
