Interestingly one of the only games I can think of that fits Neutral Good is Fortnite. Cosmetics are purely for aesthetic purposes only, you can be a default skin and still rack up a high kill count.

I guess TF2 nearly fits into that category. The game is free and most of the things you can buy are strictly cosmetic. You can buy weapons, but they're intended to be balanced with the stock weapons, and most of them can be found in random drops. It's still in a little bit of a grey area though, because you can always debate on how well balanced the alternative weapons are.
