Absurd rumors if true. Nintendo will not even acknowledge any of this publicly. They never did for Ally's case, after all. What happens on the community is not their problem and, if anything, it only serves to explain why they do not touch the competitive scene with a 10 foot pole. Nobody can give them shit for it at this point.
