"Doctor Neo Cortex, infamous mad scientist, has been making use of an allegedly stolen N-Word Pass to repeatedly change the letter in his forehead to spell out the N-Word and other vulgar words.

While some argue this kind of racism is technically legal, others violently disagree, as demonstrated by Skipper, Penguin, Commando and War Hero, who also received an official N-Word Pass from former President Barack Obama himself.
