Jesus managed to make it so that 5,000 people were fed only with a little bit of bread and fish. That in it of itself, is a miracle.

Would it not be possible for Jesus to take care of all of these complaints on top of feeding them the impossibly small amount of food?

In fact, y'know what, He probably did take note if people had gluten eating disorders, and mercury testing back in the day, we were all just stupid peasants who didn't know about any of this stuff and died accordingly. He knows everything, He made the universe, He knew what was safe and what was not safe. He probably made sure it was safe. Because guess what, He loves everyone individually, and wouldn't want them to keel over.
