A little idea that came to mind when looking at some fanarts from capcom characters like Saito, from Megaman Battle Network, Xiaomu from NamcoxCapcom and Vyse and Fina from the Skies of Arcadia game from Sega.

I decided i wanted to try how more or less Saito and Xiaomu would look like if dressing like Vyse and Fina and assisting a festival.
