1. Drowzee/Hypno are basically the designated fat bastards with built-in mind control (also sleep/hypnosis but they prefer to go full NTR).

2. The Hypno line actually has decent bulk and good SpDef, so it is very unlikely you'll manage to do much with a flammenwerfer, Suppenkönig.
