There's also the fact that Twitter is a pretty dangerous platform for this sort of thing, as it tends to isolate those with a similar mindset from those that disagree. It allows you to censor dissenters, creating an illusion that your opinion is widely held and causing a herd mentality that spirals further out of control.
Is it really censorship when he can still, any day, give a speech on any platform and make it reach millions of people around the world effortlessly..? You cannot realistically censor someone with his power and recognition, really. All we can do is delay his words a few hours or so.
