![1. Notice that 2020/05/05 is today's date (or is about to be).
2. Enter that date as one whole number on a calculator (one that uses 7-segment displays, that is) in either @YYYYMMDD@, @YYYYDDMM@, @MMDDYYYY@, or @DDMMYYYY@ format. An examples of such a calculator include virtually all four-function calculators and those in the ["TI-30 series":https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TI-30]. (It doesn't actually have to be a calculator, just a device that can show an 8-digit number using a 7-segment display which you can manipulate to show the date as a whole number.)
