Cortex is best shortstack

One impressive thing I discovered on all this is that a character I thought to be a shorstack is actually not, and she is actually taller than me. Indeed, Shantae's art style is pretty deceiving for the fact that she is 5.8 feet tall. She is to shortstacks what Uzaki is to lolis.
