It probably refers horoscopes people, stereotipically girls. Some of the ones that are REALLY obsessed with horoscopes may say things like:
"oh sorry, I'm an aquarius so it's not my fault"
"sorry, we can't be friends, you are a capricon and I am a leo"
those types are known to be toxic by my expirience
