Joshua Luna - WHO IS SLUT-PINO?

I think this one is supposed to be a comment on inter-filipino prejudice. As in, "full" blood Filipinos looking down on half Filipinos even though they have been mixed with other ethnicities for centuries, thereby making them hypocrites. I'm honestly surprised this guy even acknowledges the non white peoples who colonized the region at all.

It honestly seems like this guy has actually been treated badly in his life but is too messed up in the head to deal with it in a healthy way.

What the heck is this trying to say?
