Hm…You are right on the design being a bit too familiar to scream boi maybe they should've make him more purplish and yellow or something, but I still disagree on Blitzwing being starscream himself.

As I said before, from a story point of view, it makes no sense for Starscream to fight Bumble this early.

I'm still angry that he wasn't Starscream, and even angrier that he lasted less than ten minutes on-screen.
