I trained to be a professional translator and I can tell you: you do NOT do that shit. Even if it's in character, even as part of localization.

Your goal is to translate what the character is trying to say as faithfully as possible, and if you can't, you try to find the closest approximation. There can be some creative liberties to make dialogue less robotic, less literal, of course.

But you not change the meaning of what they said and more importantly, you do not just invent shit like that, no matter the context. This is the exact reason why everybody shits on 4kids, and doing it for (most likely) political reason is on the verge of professional misconduct. I would get fucking roasted if I tried shit like this.
