C 4 reviewo a day ago NEW We had a horrible experience with ResolveMD as a pre- travel COVID test provider. The nurse administering the test was somewhere between aggressive and violent. My family and I have all had PCR test before and none were as rough and 'violent' as these were. She made my son cry and gave my brother a bloody nose. After the test it was very difficult to get support to get the results and no one would call us back. We did get text responses to try to resolve the technical issues with obtaining the reports required by the airlines, but it was a huge hassle given they wouldn't call back and only responded via text. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Response from the owner a day ago This review is not an accurate description of the services you received. As the CO0 of DM Covid-19 Test I have followed up with every one involved in testing and providing results for your family. From what I understand your mother was in contact with our CEO on Sunday and ultimately after a text exchange wrote: "it was a bit of a panic but thank you for handling all 7 of us." During the time that our chief physician was in contact with one of you via text they explained that they could not take calls during "resulting hours" because we have several results we are releasing nightly. So, please understand that on Sunday are phones are not staffed. Our physician is available via text for emergencies because after having tested thousands of travelers we know the stress some of our clients are under meeting the new requirements for international travel. We provide 5 star service to panicked clients regularly and we pride ourselves on being available to clients when they are waiting on results. In your case our lab mistakenly released 6 of your results and when we sent the final one on our end it was missing the QR code. We immediately let you all know that we would provide the result with a QR code (and we did). We have cleared up the confusion with them as they were not supposed to send your results directly to you, which prevented us from knowing that one of your results were missing. Your mother called and asked where the final result was. When you called us we replied via text within 30 minutes and continued to text back and forth until the issue was resolved, again with your complete understanding and appreciation. None of that mix up prevented you from receiving your travel documents in the timeframe guaranteed. Resolve MD: Direct Primary Care is one of our national satellite offices. This particular office has contracted with the Registered Nurse who tested you and your family and she has worked for us several times without complaint from clients. She has over 7 years experience and offered ways to make the test more comfortable for you and your family. You were late. Arrived irritated (naturally trying to get 7 people tested for international travel is stressful) so she immediately started accommodating you. You refused to be tested in your car. She asked the older gentleman to blow his nose and he did not oblige. The RN noticed it was dry inside and blowing naturally lubricates the walls of the nose and sometimes prevents irritation and bleeding that can occur when getting a nasal pharyngeal swab. The RN informed me that there was minor blood on the tip of swab, but not a complete nose bleed. As for the child, they began to back up and would not come forward, which is typical response from a child especially after seeing adults tested and sneezing or watering eyes - and it simply can be scary for kiddos testing. The RN did note that the swab was a bit larger than the nostril and that could have caused increased discomfort. Although, children crying during a Covid swab is not always a direct indication of excess pain (rather fear and discomfort). As a small business, we would have appreciated a phone call to talk this out. Again, this review is not an accurate description of your experience and it is inappropriate for one person to send positive review via text messages thanking us for wonderful service and another public review that shoots us down. ris at McDonald's (Lansing, MI). 1h · Lansing, MI - 2 I went to McDonald's today to get the kids some food. It was busy and it took forever. I wasn't mad. I get it. I work in the food industry. We are all understaffed and overworked. As I was sitting in my car waiting for my food I could hear the lady in front of me bitching at the kid at the window about how long it took to get her order. Literally yelling at a kid who is probably 16 years old like it was his fault she had to wait a few extra minutes. If you are in that big of a hury, make your own food. The kid at the window shouldn't have to take abuse from a grown ass person. Stay home if you don't know how to act. Shout out to the kid at the McDonald's on West Saginaw who had more class than a woman more than twice his age.

There were zero milk choices ( nonfat, 2%, half and half, heavy whip) the milk alternatives were also disappointing ( only oat and macadamia. Why not soy or support your local almond growers!) Aside from that, the iced coffee was the worst I have ever had unfortunately. I wanted to like it. Lastly, there is no choices for kids. I got cocoa or chocolate milk.
