Dorohedoro - Noi, the best (by @Brolo_)

I mean, Nikaido and Caiman are both quite buff, as well as various minor characters. Noi just puts all others to shame.

Being the buffest thing around is kind of a part of her shtick. As buff people fighting goes it's kind of like gender-inclusive manime.

If you're wondering if you want to watch it, I'd recommend it if only on the grounds of how unique it is. The best way I can describe Dorohedoro is to image that really bad but entertaining live-action Super Mario movie, but as gritty anime, done competently, and without Mario and associates. It's psychedelic AF and smells like burning diesel and mushrooms.
