This is actually funnier once you realize the artist is a satire artist.

Every so often, somebody will complain that Super Smash Bros does not inlcude enough POC's of Colour (I dunno the lingo), and they'll almost inevitably use examples of characters that make sense than the included character (using Barret as the second FF7 rerp instead of Sephiroth, having Balrog as an Echo Fighter instead of Ken, etc).

I'm pretty sure this is a poke at that mentality.
