Why the fuck would anyone fly a Confederate flag in Canada in the first place? Do they not know what war that flag is from? Is there anyone who could possibly be fooled into thinking Canadians have heritage in 1860s Alabama?

Sometimes the easiest answer is the correct one: assholes are just assholes, and legit bigots will weed their way into movements like this because they think they can "convert" the peaceful people to "their side." I saw it happen with gamergate long ago.
