Ottawa NOTICE UNDER THE TRESPASS TO PROPERTY ACT Issued To: To Whom it May Concern: YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE pursuant to Sections 3 and 5 of the Trespass to Property Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. T. 21, as amended, that you are prohibited from entering upon and engaging in any of the following prohibited activities grounds and appurtenance, at premises known municipally as 300 Coventry Road, Ottawa, Ontario KIK 453: PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: 1. You are prohibited from bringing onto, having, erecting and/or using any tent, tarpaulin, or other similar material and/or structure on the premises; 2. You are prohibited from bringing onto, having, and/or driving any motor vehicle on the premises unless expressly permitted; 3. You are prohibited from bringing onto, having, and/or using any cooking and/or heating equipment or device on the premises; 4. You are prohibited from having any fires of any kind on the premises; 5. You are prohibited from bringing or having any portable toilet on the premises; 6. You are prohibited from erecting and/or affixing any sign or thing to any building, structure, or part thereof, appurtenance, and/or tree on the premises. You are advised that entry onto said premises and failure to comply with this Notice are offences under Section 2 (1) of the Trespass to Property Act. Failure to comply with this notice may result in you being arrested and upon conviction you may be liable to a fine of not more than $2000.
