It's a joke. A-10s are planes that can tear apart tanks and other ground vehicles with it's 30mm machine gun. And thus it would be very tempting to see it's it's destructive power against a long convoy of military vehicles

It's a joke about how tempting a target that convoy is to an A10. Funny if you get it, but this is just going to confuse most people.
