Ashton Hall's Morning Routine is a viral video posted by fitness influencer and health coach Ashton Hall in early 2025 in which he wakes up before 4 a.m. to start his day. The clip of the influencer waking up with his mouth taped to exercise, journal and dunk his face in ice water two times was originally posted in early February but was reposted to Twitter / X in late March 2025 as it became the subject of memes, jokes and ridicule online. Many internet users viewed the routine to be overly manicured and unrealistic, while others found humor in Hall's eccentric habits, like only drinking Saratoga Spring Water and rubbing a banana peel on his face. Many jokes also revolve around Hall saying, "So looking at it bro, we gotta go and get at least 10,000," in what seems to be a mock business call. The "7:36 Pool Dive" portion of the video also notably became a meme in late March 2025.

On February 7th, 2025, Ashton Hall posted an Intagram video showing his early morning routine to his followers. The video begins with Hall walking up to his bathroom mirror at 3:50 a.m. and removing his mouth tape. Hall then brushes his teeth, exercises for 20 minutes and starts journaling and watching videos on his phone. Hall then loads up a large bowl with ice water and submerges his face in it. Hall then goes to the gym, goes for a swim (notably doing a pool dive at 7:36 a.m.), and returns home. He then gets dressed for his online coaching sessions and dunks his face in more ice water before joining a meeting where he says, "So looking at it bro, we gotta go and get at least 10,000."
